Baltha-Czar
Baltha-Czar is one of the five playable Titans in MEGA: the Fire Titan, a heavy hitter. Its Special attack is Furnace roar. Among the five Titans it has the highest strength, the lowest speed and the highest resilience.
Like every Titan it has 1,200 health, and it respawns 60 seconds after being defeated as long as its city survives.
Special: Furnace roar
Roar and burst into cel-shaded flames for 6 seconds. Move at 2.5x speed and ignite citizens, vehicles, and buildings on contact. Flames turn to smoke and dissipate when the rush ends.

Stats
Strength multiplies the damage Baltha-Czar deals, Speed how fast it moves, and Resilience reduces the damage it takes. 100% is the baseline.
